The general objective of the project is to develop a methodological monitoring and evaluation tool for the reference spaces (governance networks) of the missions linked to the Compromís Metropolità 2030 strategic plan. For this, the reference space of the mission Adequate Housing, the Metropolitan Network for Residential Inclusion (hereinafter XMIR).
Through the analysis of the CMIR as a governance network, the aim is to advance in the understanding of its functioning in terms of performance and effectiveness, as well as its prospects for evolution.
