The Executive Commission is composed of the president and the vice-presidents and a representative of each of the other entities of the Consortium that are members of the Governing Council.
The vote shall be weighted in relation to their representation on the Governing Council. The positions that are part of the Executive Committee may delegate their functions to another member of the same entity that is part of the Governing Council. The delegations granted are granted indefinitely, until they are revoked.

Functions and periodicity of meetings:
The Executive Commission should meet on an ordinary basis twice a year. Its own functions are the monitoring of the ordinary administration and the promotion of the actions of the Consortium. It also has all the functions that are not expressly attributed to any other body of the Consortium, and those that it may receive by delegation of the Governing Council or the Presidency.
